1. We are in need of sponsors for the purses. If a family or small business is interested in sponsoring a bag the cost is $100. This is a perfect way for people to advertise their small business. If anyone knows of a small business who would be interested in doing this please contact Jen Inacio at jen.inacio@gmail.com or 717-873-7773.
2. We are still looking for donations for our raffles. We have the following baskets that we are still in need of donations for:
Pet Basket
Technology Basket
Baking Basket
Dad's basket
Mom's basket
Movie Night Basket
Adult night out (looking for wine and glasses or something along that line)
If you would rather give a monetary donation to sponsor a basket or if you have something you would like to donate, please contact Jen.
3. Tickets are still available for the Bingo. Cost in advance is $20, at the door $25. If you are still in need of tickets, please contact Jen. Note, we are limited to sales of 200 tickets, this is all that the fire department can hold. So get your tickets early!
4. If you would like to sell tickets, please contact Jen. She will set up a time/day with you to get the tickets.
5. If you know of a business who would be interested in donating, please email Jen, she can send you a copy of the letter that we are using to get donations.
6. We will be in need of help the day of bingo. We need the following volunteers:
Raffle Sales People (just selling tickets).
50/50 ticket sales
Ticket taker/sales person at the door
Bingo helpers (someone to yell back the #'s to the bingo announcer)
Special Bingo sales person - walk around selling blackout tickets during the games.
People who are willing to donate baked goods for our snack stand.
