Parents of swimmers age 10 & under – Please Read.  All others skip ahead.

The Elizabethtown Aquatic Club is hosting the 19th Annual "Frosty Frolic" Mini Meet on Sunday, January 4.  Although this league invitational is optional for all swimmers who are 10 and under as of January 4, 2009, the coaches strongly recommend participation in this meet Swimmers must swim in the events according to their age as of January 4, 2009.

Fundraising Committee

There is no greater strength in Collegiate's fund-raising effort than the collective participation of all parents and friends of this great program.  There is no greater weakness than one who sees fund raising as someone else's responsibility.  During the past calendar year, Collegiate has begun to plan for its future.  A significant part of the planning is earning extra dollars to secure additional pool space and the early stages of development of Collegiate's own facility.

We need your ideas AND assistance to ensure Collegiate Aquatics continues to grow and prosper.  Help is needed with the standing Swim-A-Thon committee.  If you would like to assist with the Swim a Thon, please speak with any coach or reply to this message to be included in all correspondence and planning related to this exciting annual event.

The coaches also require a few volunteers to lead the planning and execution of either a breakfast or spaghetti dinner tentatively scheduled for March/April of next year.  Last season's pancake breakfast proved to be both a viable fund raising project AND a fun and enjoyable experience away from the pool for swimmers and families.   Please speak with any coach or reply to this message if you (and perhaps a friend or two) would be willing to get the ball rolling for this team event.
