A separate distance session, 500 and 1000 free, will be swum on Friday evening, November 7 at Messiah College. As a reminder for all Friday evening events, swimmers will need to provide their own timer and counter.

CV High School Natatorium - This is an indoor pool with 8 lanes for competition, a Colorado 6000 timing system with a 8 line scoreboard and Adolph Keiffer Wave Eater lane lines. The meet will be conducted in SCY. Seating for up to 500 swimmers on deck and spectator balcony seating for up to 375. The balcony seating is LIMITED to 375 and this is a “controlled seating”. By order of fire marshal and CV school district, we can NOT allow more than 375 spectators in the spectator gallery at any time. Free parking next to the building.

This meet requires advance entry. Please make sure the following steps are followed:

The facility is equipped with Keiffer lane lines, Colorado Timing System, and a six line readout scoreboard. Seating for up to 50 swimmers on deck and deck level seating for up to 300 spectators. The Big Spring High School Natatorium is an eight (8) lane, 40 meter pool provided by a moveable bulkhead at 25 yards with a warm-up/cool-down area opposite the competition pool. An automated Daktronics timing system with an eight (8) lane scoreboard display will be used. For 8& under, 25 yard events, plungers will be used. Hy-Tek Meet Manager software will be used for the meet. Assigned team areas will be provided in the adjacent gymnasium. Spectator seating is available in the bleachers as well as in the balcony area above the pool. A full concession area with seating will be provided in the cafeteria.

FACILITY:
Indoor, 10-lane, 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines, electronic timing and computerized seeding and scoring. This pool has not been certified in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 104.2.2c(4). Ten additional lanes will be available during the meet for warm-up and warm-down. The water depth throughout the course, as measured in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 103.2.3 is eight feet.
