R&K Subs, located in Palmyra, PA, has been selling sandwiches in Central Pennsylvania since 1969. A time honored tradition, R&K Subs uses only authentic Italian breads from local Italian bakeries such as ATV Bakeries in Reading and Memmi's of Hershey.

Warm-up and start times are as follows:
Session 1 (Saturday AM) - Warm-up 7:30 AM, Meet Start 8:30 AM.
Session 2 (Saturday AM) - Warm-Up 10am. Meet Start 10:45am
Session 3 (Saturday PM) - Warm-Up 12:30pm. Meet Start 1:30pm
Session 4 (Sunday AM) - Warm-up 8:10am, Meet Start 9:10am.
Session 5 (Sunday PM) - 11am- Warm-up, 12 noon start

Sub Sale #2 orders will be available for pick up at Central Penn Fitness Center during practice.
REMINDER: All swimmers MUST wear shoes (crocs, flip flops, etc.) outside of the pool area for this meet!!!! You must wear the shoes to and from the pool area. Both teams stay in the hallway for the duration of the meet, so you might also want to bring sweats to wear to stay warm.
Parent volunteer sheets are attached. Please email Kurt at collegiateaquatics@yahoo.com, or fill out the form at the pool. I will fill in positions online here so you can see what positions are still needed.
Please be on deck no later than 9:10 AM. Our warmups will be at 9:30 AM, with the meet starting at 10 AM. As ever, we assume you will be there unless you sign out OR email Kurt at collegiateaquatics@yahoo.com. Thanks!!!
