The Snowflake Splash is a 14&U invitational swim meet open to all CPAL league swimmers. A great meet!!!
Collegiate warm-up is 8:15-8:45. I would recommend swimmers be on CV's deck no later than 7:55.

Information about Elizabethtown Aquatic Club's 21st Annual Frosty Frolic Mini Meet on Sunday, January 9 is posted on the HERE. This meet will be held at the Elizabethtown College Alumni Pool in the Baugher Student Center.
Collegiate's warm-up will be during the second of four warm-up sessions, from 11:20-11:40. Collegiate has been assignment one lane (lane 2). Families are encouraged to arrive early for this meet as space for swimmers to sit is usually at a premium. Please plan to arrive before 11:00.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SOME CHANGES TO THIS MEET'S TIMELINE AND PROCEDURES:
First of all, all sessions will be "Scratch Back" (except session #2 which will be positive check in). Coaches will have until 45 minutes prior to the start of the meet to "scratch" any swimmer that is not present or that wishes to scratch a certain event. The meet officials will NOT penalize swimmers for "no shows," however the meet director does not want to have any empty lanes due to the sheer amount of swimmers expected to attend this meet. Once the scratches have been made, they will then reseed the meet and run off heat sheets for all coaches and spectators. Parents -- heat sheets will not be sold until about 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
They have made adjustments to the warm-up and start times of the sessions. New Warm-Up and Start times are as follows:
Session 1 (Saturday AM) Warm-Up 7am, Meet Start 8am
Session 2 (Distance) Warm-up 10:30, Start 11am
Session 3 (Saturday PM) Warm-Up 3:30pm, Start 4:30pm
Session 4 (Sunday AM) Warm-Up 8am, Start 9am
Session 5 (Sunday PM) Warm-Up 12 noon, Start 12:45pm

The Palmyra meet volunteer sign-up list is located HERE. We are still in need of several more volunteers (4 timers, at least 3 stroke & turn judges, 1 finish and several more parents to assist with ribbons and swimmer staging). Please note that our meets will be delayed until we have a sufficient number of volunteers in place. The volunteer list will be printed and posted near swimmer events sheets on the morning of the meet.
Note: All swimmers MUST wear shoes (crocs, flip flops, etc.) outside of the pool area.
