Friday Night Distance Session Pre-Scratch Psych Sheets
Pre-Scratch Heat Sheets for Friday evening at Messiah are HERE. This will provide a preliminary estimate for when athletes will be swimming. Please remember that as scratches are declared, swims should occur earlier than the timeline shows.
A warm-up and warm-down pool will be available at Messiah College (20 yard diving well).

The biggest change in the meet from previous years is the distance events have been moved to a Friday night session at Messiah College. (Sollenberger Sports Complex, 1 College Avenue, Grantham, PA 17027).
Warm up times for Saturday and Sunday have been slightly modified. The changes are listed below.

This meet will be entirely Deck seeded. All teams and Unattached swimmers will be provided a check-in sheet for each session of the meet. Check-in sheets must be turned in to the scratch table 45 minutes before the start of the session. The meet will then be seeded and heat sheets will be provided to each team. The 500 frees, as well as 1000 free will be swum Fastest to Slowest alternating Women and Men.
"Deck Entries" will be accepted on Saturday and Sunday where space permits. $8 per event.
Parents: If you are USA Certified official and wish to volunteer at this meet, please let Kurt know via email so your name can be added to the official's list.

Admission is $5 per person per session, excluding the distance session. (children under 12 are free). Programs will be free. We will have free Wi-fi at BOTH locations so that you can use Meet Mobile on your electronic device for heat sheets
