Please be advised that practice sessions this Saturday, December 5, will NOT be held at the JCC or Central Penn.
This cancellation was made because of swimmer and coaches attending three meets this Saturday; the NAAC BB - A Buster Meet in Annapolis, Diplomat Speedo Classic in Lancaster, and the Eagle Invitational at Dover.
Practice sessions will be run on a normal schedule this Sunday at HACC.
