Keep in mind that the pre-scratch heat sheets for Friday distance events (and Saturday and Sunday sessions too) will change after scratches. The meet host will need all scratches on Friday evening by 5:00 p.m. There is a separate warm-up/warm-down area at Messiah College.

FRIDAY NIGHT DISTANCE EVENTS at MESSIAH COLLEGE

There is NOT an admission charge at Messiah College. Keep in mind that spectator seating will be on bleachers at "pool deck level".

Parking at Messiah College - There is NO parking in front of the building, but beside the building there is plenty of parking for everyone. Please do NOT drop off in front of the Sollenburger Sports Complex. Allow yourself enough time to park beside the building and walk to the front of the building. If we have over 100 cars trying to drop off in front of the building, along with all the construction, we will have a severe traffic problem. Warm-Ups begin for those swimming the 500 free at 4:30pm, Please allow yourself enough time to get to Messiah College [directions] and park the car, as well as walk to the pool.

OFFICIALS - If you will be attending this meet, please email Mike (mike@wsyswim.org) and indicate your willingness and availability to volunteer.

Spectator gallery - CV High School spectator balcony has seating for up to 375. The balcony seating is LIMITED to 375 and this is a “controlled seating”. By order of fire marshal and CV school district, the meet host can NOT allow more than 375 spectators in the spectator gallery at any time.

Meet volunteers will be enforcing the rule of "no backpacks, stadium seats, or lawn chairs in the spectator gallery". You will be limited to a small purse or personal item. There is also no food permitted on the pool deck and in the bleachers. Security will be present on the pool deck to enforce the "no food on deck rule"

Heat sheets will NOT be provided until 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Coaches are given the opportunity to "scratch back" any athletes known to be absent from the meet during the warm-up period immediately preceding each session. This eliminates unnecessary empty lanes, provides a more competitive environment in every heat, and allows the session to run in a timely manner. Parents should know that heat sheets will be provided just prior to the start of each session and may also be accessed on your mobile device.

Collegiate Warm-up: 7:45-8:30 a.m.
Collegiate swimmers should be at Pucillo Natatorium no later than 7:20.

Meet start: 8:45 a.m.

Collegiate parent volunteers are needed. Please select how you wish to volunteer for this meet by signing up HERE.

The coaches will assume swimmers WILL BE at this USA Swimming team event unless you indicate otherwise!!

If any swimmer knows that they will not be able to attend this meet, please speak with a coach (at practice or write to: collegiateaquatics@gmail.com) AND confirm that you/your swimmer will not be able to attend by 'signing out' HERE.

Facility:
This facility contains a six lane competition pool with a Colorado timing system and a six lane display board. Deck seating for 50 athletes and deck level seating accommodates approximately 300 spectators. Swimmers will be housed in an adjacent gym during the meet. Parents are welcome to bring a fold out chair to sit in the gym between your swimmer's events.

Please follow directions below when entering Millersville as GPS devices often do not recognize the new traffic patterns in Millersville.

From the West/Rt. 30/York: Take Rt. 30 East toward Lancaster. Get off the Rt. 741/Millers
ville/Rohrerstown exit and turn right onto Rohrerstown Rd. Proceed straight until Rt. 999/Manor Ave. Turn right onto Manor Ave., then turn left at the 3rd light (George St.) At the sign for the Sugar Bowl restaurant, turn left onto Normal Ave. Proceed straight through the stop sign, going behind the stadium bleachers. Pucillo will be ahead on your left.

Fliers for this fundraiser lunch will be available the day of the meet. Simply enjoy lunch with other swim families and hand your flier to your server for your meal to count toward the fundraiser. 1.CONSTRUCTION...F&M field house is under conctruction, the floor is being resurfaced. This is not a crisis, but it does change the flow of entry and we will have a little less room to move. The restricted area is well marked.

2.ENTRANCE...everyone will enter from the FRONT of the main natatorium building, NOT the side entrance as in years past. The side entrance brings you to the field house, which is under construction.

3.PARKING...Parking and bus drop off will remain the same as years past. Park and drop on the side closest to outdoor fields. Attendees, and swimmers will walk down the walk way to the front of the building. Parking will be RESTRICTED on the side near Iron Hill and F&M apts. Please know should you park in this location you may be towed, so please be careful.

DOORS OPEN...each morning at 6am.
FINALS...are FREE each evening
THURSDAY NIGHT WARM UP...the pool is not available

WARM UP's...Collegiate's warm up schedule is HERE . ONLY morning session will be a spilt warm up. Afternoon session is OPEN warm up.

*Please be advised* - The Academy is still on high alert due to the activity oversees. Anyone entering the Academy grounds should allow adequate time when entering the Academy & to remember to bring their driver's license to get through the gates.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO HAVE YOUR DRIVER's LICENSE OR ANOTHER FORM OF PHOTO ID.

TIMELINE CHANGES:
Sesion 1 Warm-ups begin at 10:15 am on Saturday. The meet will begin at 11:15. The first session is slated to end at 2:33pm.

Session 2 warm-ups have moved up to 3:00 pm. Session 2 will start at 4:00pm. This is will aid in getting folks out earlier. The meet is extended by 20 minutes, but, we trust the officiating staff will keep the meet running & the swimmers will be swimming fast!

On Sunday - we will begin warm-ups for Session 4 at 12:15 pm & meet start at 1:15pm- THIS IS A CHANGE.

A few additional notes & reminders:

• Please remind swimmers- they cannot be on deck until after 10 am for Session 1. We will start warm-ups promptly at 10:15- but the Varsity teams will be there until 10. They may wait up in the stands until allowed on deck.
• Remind families to give themselves time when entering the Academy.

If this meet becomes oversubscribed, non-Maryland LSC teams (Collegiate) will be dropped first from the meet. Please submit entries early. This meet will fill quickly and even then there is no guarantee Collegiate swimmers' entries will be accepted until all Maryland team entries are considered on the entry deadline date, November 24, 2015.

LOCATION:
Lejeune Hall, United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.

FACILITY:
Indoor, 10-lane, 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines, electronic timing and computerized seeding and scoring. This pool has not been certified in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 104.2.2c(4). Ten additional lanes will be available during the meet for warm-up and warm-down. The water depth throughout the course, as measured in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 103.2.3 is eight feet.

This cancellation was made because of swimmer and coaches attending three meets this Saturday; the NAAC BB - A Buster Meet in Annapolis, Diplomat Speedo Classic in Lancaster, and the Eagle Invitational at Dover.

CONCESSIONS & HOSPITALITY...will be held on the gallery level in the woods room. They both will begin offer food by 6:30 am each day. Coaches/officials, Hospitality will offer breakfast, lunch & a lite dinner each day.

This meet requires advance entry. Please make sure the following steps are followed:

1. Print page(s) that contain the list of meet events.
2. Write swimmer's name on the print-out of the event list. Do not forget to do this.
3. Circle swimmer's desired events.
4. Include payment and event list in an envelope marked with the meet name. CHECKS PAYABLE TO COLLEGIATE AQUATICS.
5. Return paper copies and payment to a coach or specified folder by the deadline indicated.

F&M College, Kunkel Aquatic Center in the Alumni Sports & Fitness Center, Lancaster, PA

This meet will be run in a 8 lane, 25 yard indoor pool with fully automatic timing. The starting end has a depth of 9 feet. The turn depth is 9 feet. The facility is equipped with Adolph Keiffer's Wave Eater lane lines, Colorado Timing System, Aqua Grip electronic pads, and a ten line readout scoreboard. Seating for up to 500 swimmers on deck and balcony seating for up to 400 spectators. Free parking next to the building

*Please be advised* - The Academy is still on high alert due to the activity oversees. Anyone entering the Academy grounds should allow adequate time when entering the Academy & to remember to bring their driver's license to get through the gates.

TIMELINE CHANGES:
Sesion 1 Warm-ups begin at 10:15 am on Saturday. The meet will begin at 11:15. The first session is slated to end at 2:33pm.

Session 2 warm-ups have moved up to 3:00 pm. Session 2 will start at 4:00pm. This is will aid in getting folks out earlier. The meet is extended by 20 minutes, but, we trust the officiating staff will keep the meet running & the swimmers will be swimming fast!

On Sunday - we will begin warm-ups for Session 4 at 12:15 pm & meet start at 1:15pm- THIS IS A CHANGE.

A few additional notes & reminders:

• Please remind swimmers- they cannot be on deck until after 10 am for Session 1. We will start warm-ups promptly at 10:15- but the Varsity teams will be there until 10. They may wait up in the stands until allowed on deck.
• Remind families to give themselves time when entering the Academy.

If this meet becomes oversubscribed, non-Maryland LSC teams (Collegiate) will be dropped first from the meet. Please submit entries early. This meet will fill quickly and even then there is no guarantee Collegiate swimmers' entries will be accepted until all Maryland team entries are considered on the entry deadline date, November 24, 2015.

LOCATION:
Lejeune Hall, United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.

FACILITY:
Indoor, 10-lane, 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane lines, electronic timing and computerized seeding and scoring. This pool has not been certified in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 104.2.2c(4). Ten additional lanes will be available during the meet for warm-up and warm-down. The water depth throughout the course, as measured in accordance with USA Swimming Rules and Regulations 103.2.3 is eight feet.
